Square has actually informed staff members they can continue working from house completely when workplaces resume.

Jack Dorsey’s Square staff members are being provided the choice to work from house completely. The CEO informed employees Monday if they wish to continue working from another location when COVID-19 lockdowns and quarantines concern an end, they are complimentary to do so. The policy uses to those who can do their tasks from house, however in-office operations and security employees will still be needed to enter into the workplace.

“We want employees to be able to work where they feel most creative and productive,” a Square representative stated in an emailed declaration. “Squares will be able to work from home permanently, even once offices begin to reopen.”

Square does not presently have a timeline for when it will resume its workplaces.

Dorsey revealed the irreversible remote work policy for Twitter on May 12, a week after Facebook and Google stated they’d permit the majority of their staff members to work from house through completion of this year.
