BOXING champ Tyson Fury appears to have been caught using his phone while driving – by the reflection in his sunglasses.
The troubled boxer, who is waiting to hear if he has a future in the sport after failing a drug test, appeared to film himself behind the wheel in two Instagram videos.
In both clips, the reflection in his sunglasses appears to show the road ahead as he holds the steering wheel in one hand and his phone in the other.
Although unclear where the footage was taken, in one of the videos Fury is seen wearing similar sunglasses, tie and suit jacket to an image he uploaded to Instagram which he wrote was in “London”.
It has been illegal to touch a mobile phone – even with a hands free set – while driving since 2003.
Penalties were ramped up this year, with drivers now facing a £200 fine and six points on their licence if they are caught.
In one minute-long clip, posted on Thursday, Fury – nicknamed The Gypsy King – films himself miming along to Rich Homie Quan’s Walk Thru while wearing red sunglasses, a red tie, blue shirt and dark blazer.
He wore the same outfit in several other Instagram posts of pictures taken around London last week.
Other posts in the past few days appear to show him training in Morecambe Bay, Lancs.
At the end of the clip, he says: “Shout out to real people out there! Return of the mack aka the gypsy king.
“Tyson fury is on the comeback. All the way to the top.
“We started from the bottom now we’re here!”

In a second video, shared yesterday, Fury delivers an ultimatum to his challengers while listening to Stormzy’s Shut Up.
He says: “This is a video to all those idiots out there who say they wanna fight me, box me, whatever.
“I am Tyson Fury, the heavyweight champion of the world, and I do not roll around with bums, especially guys that ain’t worthy of a challenge.
“Get yourself up there mandatory then come and find me – until then SHUT UP!”
The Sun Online has contacted Fury’s management Hennessy Sports for a response.
The former heavyweight champion has not fought since beating Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015.
He had his boxing licence revoked last October after a failed drug test and is now waiting on a decision from UKAD over his future.
The hearing started last week but had to be postponed over a potential conflict of interest with a panel member.
Anticipation among boxing fans is building in the hope of a clash between Anthony Joshua and Fury.
Fury has been back in training since March after a public meltdown when he was reportedly suffering from depression.
In April, boxer Amir Khan’s wife Fayral Makhdoom sparked outrage by posting a Snapchat video while driving around Bolton, Gtr Manchester.
Fury also revealed on Instagram he has sold his pride and joy red Ferrari California to a pal.
Fury, 28, posted yesterday: ”Sold my #ferrari to my friend #yesmissblj show ur dad the vid”
