Westjet flights to Gatwick Airport cancelled as drone-related shutdown continues

Westjet stated all of its frequently scheduled flights to Gatwick had been cancelled on Thursday after the key U.Okay. airport was shut down over drone sightings.

“Right now, we’re not taking any extra visitors travelling to or from London Gatwick Airport till it’s secure to take action,” the airline stated in a press release on Thursday afternoon.
