Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai got $226 million in overall settlement in 2022, the majority of which came through stock awards, according to a securities report submitted by the business on Friday.
Pichai was granted $218 million in equities in 2015 through a triennial stock grant. His yearly wage was $2 million from 2020 to 2022, the filing specified. The CEO’s settlement plan likewise consisted of practically $6 million for individual security in 2022.
Other Alphabet and Google primary executives made around $22 million to $35 million in yearly stock awards, according to the filing.
