Apple pressed out an iPhone upgrade previously this month to repair a Group FaceTime security issue, which let individuals be all ears on each other, however obviously hasn’t gotten all the bugs out yet.
People on the MacRumors online forum observed that 2 individuals on a FaceTime call can’t include a 3rd individual, with the button to include somebody grayed out, as formerly reported by our sibling website ZDNet
Apple Support verified this restriction on Twitter, after keeping in mind that you need to upgrade to iOS 12.1.4 to utilize Group FaceTime at all. The function was briefly handicapped after a Fortnite-playing teenager found the bug.

“Group FaceTime calls need to be started with at least two additional users in the FaceTime app,” it wrote.
It’s unclear if Apple is working to repair this with the upcoming iOS 12.2 upgrade, and the business didn’t right away react to an ask for additional remark.
