You butter think there’s a brand-new food pattern being produced on TikTok.
If you take one take a look at the For You page on the video-sharing app, you’ll discover that charcuterie boards are out and butter boards are formally in. The viral dish exploded after it was published by TikTok user @justine_snacks, whose genuine name is Justine Doiron, onSept 16, in which she broke down a detailed tutorial on how to make the appetiser.
“Have you heard of a butter board,” she asked her fans in theSept 16 video, “I want to make them the next charcuterie board.”
The food influencer then spread out butter all over a wood serving board and topped it with lemon enthusiasm, edible flowers, red onions and honey. Of course, her butter board wasn’t total without cutting thick pieces of warm bread to dip it into.
” I simply enjoy the idea. It’s by Josh McFadden,” Justine stated about the author’s dish from the cook book Six Seasons, “It’s all about serving to a group of people…it just feels really communal.”
