Embodying a real-life figure is no little accomplishment– particularly when that individual is a killer.
But Ren Ă©e Zellweger makes it look criminally simple on NBC’s brand-new minimal series The Thing About Pam, premiering March 8. Like a lot of stars prior to her– from Darren Criss in American Crime Story to Hayden Panettiere in Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial–Zellwegger entirely changed into a real criminal offense figure.
The Oscar winner put on a body match, prosthetics, and a bobbed wig to depict founded guilty killer Pam Hupp, whose case gathered nationwide attention after a Dateline episode and matching podcast were launched.
The remodeling procedure was extreme, with Zellwegger informing E! News that it at first took the group a tremendous 4 hours to finish. But once they mastered it, she included, “we whittled it down to around two.”
“They have a mind of their own, you know?” Zellwegger stated of the prosthetics. “If everybody cooperates —the cheeks are feeling like playing nice, the nose, and everything. But yeah, it took about a couple of hours.”
