Deadpool might have a familiar buddy or opponent on his hands– a minimum of if director Shawn Levy gets his method.
The Stranger Things director and manufacturer will take the reins of the precious Deadpool franchise, starring Ryan Reynolds, when the 3rd installation of the movie franchise is launched in September2024
Deadpool 3 reunites Shawn and Ryan, who collaborated on the 2022 Netflix motion picture The Adam Project But, as Shawn described in an unique discussion with E! News, it’s Walker Scobell, who played a more youthful variation of Ryan’s character in the motion picture, who’s actually been petitioning for a part.
“Walker is adorable because he not-so-subtly keeps sending me pictures of Deadpool,” Shawn exposed. “He’s very overtly giving me casting ideas. I’ll just say Ryan and I both adore Walker and we feel like we met him at this magical time between childhood and adolescence.”
The 13- year-old Walker will next be viewed as the lead in Disney+’s highly-anticipated series Percy Jackson and the Olympians, which will strike the banner at some point in 2024.
