Satellite TELEVISION company Dish Network looks set to close its $5 billion handle the brand-new T-Mobile on July 1, according to a filing Wednesday with the SEC. Under the offer, which permitted the $26.5 billion merger in between T-Mobile and Sprint, Dish is obtaining Sprint’s pre-paid mobile provider Boost Mobile in addition to Sprint’s 800MHz cordless spectrum to assist it construct a 5G network.

The T-Mobile-Sprint merger was just allowed by the Justice Department when Dish stated it would obtain Sprint’s mobile properties to end up being a 4th provider to take on AT&T, Verizon and the brand-new T-Mobile.

Dish is paying $1.4 billion for the pre-paid organization and $3.6 billion for the spectrum.
