If Donald Trump were “truly unable” to protect an appeal bond in his $464 million service scams case, he must have promised his realty to the courts, the New York attorney general of the United States’s workplace stated in a court filing Wednesday.

Instead, Trump declared it was “impossible” for him to get a bond, however did not supply any tough proof for this, the AG’s workplace informed a New York appeals court.

“Defendants supply no documentary evidence that demonstrates precisely what real property they offered,” to prospective insurance companies, the AG’s workplace composed.

Nor did they report “on what terms that property was offered, or precisely why” bond insurance companies “were unwilling to accept the assets.”

The workplace made that argument as it asked the court to decline Trump’s demand to stop his huge scams judgment from coming due.
