Ellen’s Game of Games is putting the “Go” in “Know or Go.”
OnJan 18, it was exposed that Ellen’s Game of Games would not be restored for a 5th season, according toDeadline The video game program, which premiered in 2017 on NBC, concluded its 4th– and last– season in May2021 In the unscripted series, Ellen DeGeneres, with the assistance of commentator and partner, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, led candidates through a series of video games– based upon The Ellen DeGeneres Show– as they contended for an opportunity to win a prize money of $100,000
This news follows the statement in May that The Ellen DeGeneres Show is ending after its 19 th season, following debate concerning work environment toxicity in2020 Back in July 2020, one existing (at the time of publication) and 10 previous staff members stepped forward to go over the work environment environment of the daytime talk program in a Buzzfeed News post.
“People focus on rumors about how Ellen is mean and everything like that, but that’s not the problem,” one previous staff member declared in the post. “The problem is these 3 executive manufacturers running the program who supervise of all these individuals [and] who make the culture and are putting out this sensation of bullying and being mean.”
