Thirteen individuals were hurt in a fire that broke out on Wednesday at Hong Kong’s World Trade Centre in the business and shopping district of Causeway Bay.
The blaze, which began previous midday Hong Kong time, left around 150 individuals caught on the roofing, regional media reported. Another 1,200 individuals were left after smoke filled the hectic shopping and workplace complex, they stated.

The reason for the fire is still uncertain. However, the South China Morning Post reported that it broke out in a meter space and infect scaffolding on parts of the structure that are under restoration.
Authorities stated 13 individuals “felt unwell” and were sent out to healthcare facilities. They are presently being dealt with at one of the following healthcare facilities: Queen Mary Hospital, Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, and Ruttonjee Hospital for treatment.
