Rudy Giuliani applied for Chapter 11 insolvency security in New York on Thursday, pointing out financial obligations that consist of a current almost $150 million civil judgment versus him for maligning Georgia election employees while serving as a legal representative for previous President Donald Trump.

The filing by Giuliani came a day after a federal judge in Washington, D.C., purchased him to start paying the 2 election employees the damages he owed for their suit versus him.
