Apple provider Foxconn, formally called Hon Hai, stated it will work together with Chinese authorities on examinations, following a report that authorities are carrying out tax audit examinations and examining land usage of Foxconn subsidiaries.
State media Global Times reported on Sunday, mentioning unnamed sources, that numerous workplaces of Hon Hai’s subsidiaries throughout China had actually undergone tax audits and on-site examinations into land usage. The report did not elaborate on the examinations.
