Germany stabbing: Knifeman hurts 3 train travelers in Bavaria

    Three individuals are seriously hurt after a ‘mentally disturbed’ knifeman stabbed travelers on a train in Bavaria, according to German media.

    Local authorities got reports of the attack on the high-speed ICE train in between the cities of Regensburg and Nuremburg at around 9am on Saturday.

    One individual has actually been jailed and around 200 travelers were left from the train, which is being held at a station while officers gather proof.

    The variety of casualties and information about the aggressor have yet to be formally validated.

    Bavarian Red Cross stated 3 of the victims remain in a major condition in medical facility, local broadcaster BR24 reports.

    Sources pointed out by German tabloid Bild stated the aggressor is a 27- year-old male of Arab origin who was stated to be ‘mentally disturbed’ and ‘called for help on the train’.
