Hilary Swank has some extremely particular ideas on motherhood.
The Million Dollar Baby star– who invited twins Aya and Ohm, 11 months, in April of in 2015– simply can’t get on board with moms and dads who groan about having kids.
“[There’s] a great deal of grumbling. ‘Oh my God, your life gets sort of removed. It gets pirated up until they return in school,'” Hilary stated throughout a look on TODAY with Hoda & & Jenna March19 “I’m like, ‘Good. Hijack the heck out of it!'”
Aya and Ohm are the very first kids for Hilary and her partner Philip Schneider, whom she got married with in2018 And while the 49- year-old constantly understood she wished to be a mom, she is grateful it’s something she gets to delight in at this later phase in her life.
“It definitely is [a blessing],” Hilary continued. “I don’t know, because we didn’t have them younger so I don’t know what that would have been like then, but I think there is something for me anyway right now that I’m able to give my focus to them in a way that I wouldn’t have been able to at that point.”
