And so weeks after Patrick was picked 10 th in the 2017 NFL draft, cutting his college profession a year short, Brittany signed an agreement of her own with Iceleand’s UMF Afturelding/Fram (“I could never pass up such an amazing experience to go do what I love,” she discussed), leading regional station KLTV to call the then-21- year-olds “the power couple of East Texas.”
And after a year browsing 3,000- plus miles worth of cross country that saw Brittany win a champion and Patrick protected his area as the Chiefs’ beginning QB, they chose to stake their claim in westernMissouri
Joining Patrick in his Kansas City digs, Brittany used her kinesiology degree, establishing at-home exercise brand name Brittany LynneFitness Explaining her shift far from expert sports, she stated on her website, “By the end of my first season, I truly began to fall in love with being in the gym more than being on the soccer field. Playing sports my whole life got me into fitness and playing in college taught me about strength training, wellness and maintaining peak fitness to perform at an elite level.”
