In 1971, Bruce Lee stated in the American television series “Longstreet” what might be his most popular quote: “Be water, my friend.”
He was mentioning how individuals should not permit themselves to be caught in a specific state of mind and must adjust and stream as their environments and situations modification.
The line went on to influence Mohammad Sherafatmand, creator and CEO of water innovation business Hydroleap.
“You need to be adaptive; if you hit a roadblock, brave it,” Sherafatmand informed CNBC’s “My Biggest Lessons.”
“Face it, adapt to it and find another way.”
It’s a frame of mind he’s utilized while attempting to interrupt the water filtration market.
“When you want to solve big problems and big challenges or make a disruption in whatever field that you’re in, they often don’t come easily. You need to be able to be flexible, resilient, and find ways around it,” he described.
