Designer Valentino Garavani made red the brand name’s signature color long earlier, so it was not a surprise that out of 50 lipsticks, there are 18 in the intense crimson color. And each shade of vermillion appropriates for a range of complexion, along with the other shades in pinks, plums, corals and nudes. Along with a selection of spectacular tones to select from, the lipsticks can be found in 2 surfaces: matte and satin. The matte formula sits easily on your lips and does not feel drying. Additionally, the satin lipsticks swipe on flawlessly and feel pillow-soft on your pout. The just defect (which breaks my heart) is the product packaging. The item can be found in refillable tubes however I saw the case kept appearing and wiggling around, which triggered my lipstick to smear all over.
Dream Dust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter, $32:
For those days you wish to include a little razzle-dazzle. The item, which feels light-weight, will dress up your lips and cheeks with its pink champagne color. The shine pot gives in a small brush, making it both mess- and fuss-free. However, if you intend on consuming and drinking, understand that it quickly flecks off. Even though I do not see myself using this typically, with Fashion Week on the horizon, it simply may be the best factor to dust it on and masquerade around in a fancy makeup appearance.
