Embattled star Jussie Smollett was sentenced to 150 days in prison and 30 months probation on Thursday for incorrectly reporting to authorities that he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack in 2019.

“You’re just a charlatan pretending to be a victim of a hate crime,” Judge James Linn informed Smollett while revealing the sentence.

Smollett reacted to the sentence by consistently shouting “I am not suicidal!” in court.
