The brand-new Bachelorette required to Instagram on May 11 to share a photo of her getting a kiss from Casandra Suarez. Per screenshots caught by TELEVISION Shows Ace, the picture appeared to reveal Casandra offering Katie a smooch on the neck. The truth stars, who both appeared on Matt James‘ season of The Bachelor, beinged in front of a neon indication that read “GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS.”Â
Katie supposedly captioned the picture, “Whatever floats your boat” with a purple heart emoji. Casandra likewise presumably composed in the remarks area, “So did Katie actually end up with me, yes or no?”
Soon, fans began questioning if Katie was exposing something about her sexuality. However, the truth TELEVISION star noted this wasn’t the case.
“I did not intend for this picture to be a statement about my sexuality,” she responded, per the screenshots. “This is simply a friendship post. I’ve never spoken publicly about my sexuality nor am I doing so with this picture. Nothing but love for everyone.”
