On April 22, Michael Rhodes, a lawyer representing the Kardashian-Jenner household in Chyna’s suit, submitted a movement requesting the case to be dismissed.
In the filing, which was gotten by E! News, Rhodes called Chyna’s declares versus his customers “absurd” and argued that the Lashed Cosmetics creator, born Angela White, “did not testify to specific facts or introduce supporting documentary evidence about her total income pre-and post-alleged injury” while on the stand previously on in the trial.
“Ms. White also could not identify the specific amounts she has made,” he included, “for any of her three allegedly damaged income sources in a given year.”
In addition to her libel suit versus the Kardashian-Jenner household, Chyna is taking legal action against Rob– with whom she shares 5-year-old child Dream— for attack, battery and harassment.
