A male implicated of moving $3 million from a female’s account in a brazen house intrusion in San Francisco is back in California after his capture in Taiwan, cops stated.
Tianze Zhang, a 30- year-old from Los Angeles, was reserved Friday on suspicion of first-degree robbery, kidnapping for ransom, and making criminal dangers, according to San Francisco County Jail records.
It wasn’t clear if he has legal representation in the event. The San Francisco Public Defender’s Office did not instantly react to an ask for remark.
Police stated Zhang is the individual who, on the night of March 16, got into a house in Bernal Heights, attacked its sole resident, limited her, and threatened her till he had sufficient details to take $3 million from her account by means of transfers.
“The suspect demanded money from the victim, brandished a weapon, and threatened further harm if she did not cooperate,” the San Francisco Police Department stated in a composed declaration.
The suspect gotten away with the victim’s cellular phones, cops stated. The victim was hurt in the house intrusion, they stated.
