A Florida female was charged with felony battery after she supposedly tossed a glass of red wine onRep Matt Gaetz, R-Fla, authorities stated Tuesday.
The female, 41- year-old Selena Chambers of Tallahassee, tossed the beverage at the congressman after “swearing loudly” at him as she passed him at a red wine celebration in northwest Florida on Saturday, an individual who was with Gaetz at the time informed authorities.
That individual, Blaine Odom, stated that “Chambers then walked away yelling and flipping him off,” according to an arrest report supplied to CNBC by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
