Meghan Markle is resisting versus half-sister Samantha Markle‘s disparagement suit.

Nor should they be.”
Meghan and her lawyers later on argued that Samantha’s grievance “does not state a claim for defamation or injurious falsehood.” They asked the court to dismiss the case and have Meghan get lawyer’s costs and expenses in connection with the case.
