Russia has actually cautioned the UK ambassador of ‘dangerous consequences’ over its claims that the Royal Navy was associated with attacks on its Black Sea fleet and the Nord Stream pipeline.

After the drone attack, Russia momentarily stopped following a UN-brokered offer to let Ukraine export grain through the Black Sea.
