Some of the fragments included photos of the movie’s cast, consisting of Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen), Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams), Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and the evil Doctor Strange variation from Marvel’s What If … animated series.
However, eagle-eyed fans instantly detected a smaller sized fragment of glass that they think functions a picture of the “Merc with a Mouth” himself:Deadpool But Reynolds rapidly shot down that Internet theory.
“I guess I’m not really supposed to say anything about that but I’m really not in the movie,” Reynolds informed Variety However, he did leave space for doubt, including, “I could be an unreliable narrator, but I promise you I’m not in the movie.”
Reynolds and Stewart would not be the very first stars to lie about making a cameo look in a Marvel movie. Andrew Garfield infamously rejected any participation in Spider-Man: No Way Home till the movie was launched last December, not even informing his Amazing Spider-Man co-star and ex-girlfriend Emma Stone that he was repeating his function as the renowned webslinger.
Sounds like we’ll all simply need to wait and see for ourselves who Doctor Strange encounters on his frustrating journey through the multiverse when the movie strikes theaters May 6.
