On July 10, the 8-year-old future successor to the British throne made a surprise look at the males’s single’s last match at Wimbledon 2022, marking his very first time at the tennis competition. George accompanied his moms and dads, Kate Middleton and Prince William, in the Royal Box to see Serbia’s Novak Djokovic take on versus Australia’s Nick Kyrgios on day 14 of the champion at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

Wearing a navy fit and matching striped tie, George was seen waving to fans as he sat with his mother and father. Kate used a navy and white polka dot dress, while William sported a beige fit and navy tie.

Before the match, George and his moms and dads welcomed ball kids and ladies and other Wimbledon personnel. George was asked who he was supporting at the match however seemed too shy to respond to, after which William took a look at him and whispered, “Djokovic,” The Telegraph reported. The Duke of Cambridge then included, “We’ll see how long it lasts. He’ll support the winner.”
