When it concerns where Priscilla Presley stands with granddaughter Riley Keough, suspicious minds can question no longer.
After all, there is no bad blood to be discovered. In reality, simply a couple of weeks after the Daisy Jones & & the Six star was called sole beneficiary of her mother Lisa Marie Presley‘s estate, Priscilla shot down reports of a stretched relationship in between her and Riley following her child’s January death.
“Riley is now the executor, which should be right, obviously, being her daughter,” she informed The Hollywood Reporter in an interview released August23 “Riley and I are on good terms. We were never not on good terms. That was all publicity. This is private and this is not something to fool around with and say that we’re not agreeing.”
In January, Priscilla– who invited Lisa Marie with rock ‘n’ roll legend Elvis Presley— contested a 2016 modification to her late child’s will which called Riley, together with her half-sisters Harper and Finley Lockwood along with her late bro Benjamin, as the estate’s beneficiaries. A judge eventually authorized Riley as the sole beneficiary to her mom’s estate– that includes Graceland– in early August.
And for more evidence she and Riley stay on great terms, Priscilla contributed to THR, “In reality, I’m having supper with [Riley] tonight. We comprehend what requires to be done. I’m there for her. She understands that. She desires me there for her to assist her.”
