Remember when 3,100 Google workers signed a demonstration letter over using Google’s artificial intelligence algorithms to assist drones recognize and track things for the United States Department of Defense?

If so, we suggest you examine this out rather: Gizmodo reports that “around a dozen” Google workers are now stopping their tasks to demonstration Google’s continued actions.

While Google formerly guaranteed workers that its collaboration with the Pentagon is “specifically scoped to be for non-offensive purposes” and just utilizes “open-source object recognition software available to any Google Cloud customer,” that apparently wasn’t enough for these workers, and the Gizmodo story attempts to discuss their believed procedure.
