Zo ë Kravitz and Channing Tatum are stepping up their relationship status.
Just over 2 years after the Big Little Lies starlet and the Magic Mike star stimulated love reports, they’re formally engaged.
Kravitz, 34, and Tatum, 43, very first formed a bond while working together on her directorial launching, Pussy Island In truth, Kravitz had an immediate impact on Tatum, as he described in a June 2021 interview.
“When someone can just come out and tell me I should not be wearing Crocs, and is so adamant about it,” he informed Deadline at the time. “She completely convinced me and I never wear Crocs anymore.”
Jokes aside, Tatum kept in mind that he was honored she considered him for the job.
“When Zoë called me about this, I was shocked,” he remembered. “I didn’t understand her. I’d viewed her in films, understood she produced High Fidelity and had actually seen that, however I didn’t understand she was developing on a level like this, where she wished to direct.”
“This came out of nowhere and the subject matter made me say, ‘wait, why are you thinking about me for this?'” the Step Up star described. “No one gives me a chance to play a role like this, everybody throws me down a different alley and expects me to do a certain thing.”
