Revealed: The Secrets our Clients Used to Earn $3 Billion

Robert De Niro is recuperating after suffering an injury while on area for the Leonardo DiCaprio motion picture Killers of the Flower Moon.

A representative for The Irishman star informs E! News De Niro suffered “a mild leg injury” in the middle of continuous production of the Apple+ thriller.

The declaration continues, “While at his on-location house in Oklahoma for the shooting of Martin Scorsese‘s Killers of the Flower Moon, Robert De Niro hurt his quadriceps muscle which will be dealt with clinically in New York. This will not impact production as he was not set up to movie once again for another 2 weeks.”

Production for the Scorsese movie started in late April, with the cast transferring to Osage County in Oklahoma for the Western. According to IndieWire, Scorsese launched a declaration revealing the April 19th start date, sharing, “To be able to tell this story on the land where these events took place is incredibly important and critical to allowing us to portray an accurate depiction of the time and people.”

Screenwriter Eric Roth based the movie script on author David Grann‘s book, Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI, which detailed the Osage individuals’ fight for land rights after oil was discovered. There were a string of murders, later on called the Reign of Terror, throughout the power battle, triggering the FBI to step in.
