Meanwhile, the National Archives and Records Administration on Tuesday requested the Secret Service to analyze the “potential unauthorized deletion” of the texts in query.
The controversy over the textual content messages comes amid heightened public curiosity within the Secret Service following the choose committee’s public hearings on the Capitol riot, which produced bombshell allegations about Secret Service brokers’ involvement within the occasions of that day.
