The Wendy Williams Show visitor host Sherri Shepard was required to miss her existing hosting responsibilities following emergency situation surgical treatment.
The comic, who was set to complete today for the titular daytime host in the middle of her momentary hiatus, was especially missing from the program’sDec 13 episode. Fellow comic Michael Rapaport revealed the news at the top of the program’s airing and acted as the host for the day.
“Sherri was supposed to host today,” Michael discussed to the audience in a video shared to the program’s Instagram account. “Unfortunately, she had appendicitis, okay?,” He included, “She is fine, she is fine. She had to go to the hospital last night for some emergency surgery. She’s feeling fine today and she is resting. Get well soon, Sherri. Everybody loves you.”
An associate for the starlet verifies to E! News that her surgical treatment was “successful” which she is presently on the fix.
