The Twilight star required to Instagram to share the sweet and unique news that he proposed to his long time sweetheart and signed up nurse, Tay Dome

Along with his statement, the 29- year-old star published behind-the-scenes pictures of the minute he popped the huge concern. In one image, Tay looked psychological with her hands positioned over her mouth while Taylor was down on one knee. The other photo recorded an intimate minute in between the 2, which revealed Tay covering her hands around the star’s face.
The background looked right out of a fairy tale, as arrangements of red roses and poorly lit candle lights were positioned along with them. Moreover, red petals were sprayed on the flooring.
