On April 19, E! News found out that The Goldbergs will go back to ABC for a 10 th season. The long-running funny– starring Wendi McLendon-Covey, Sean Giambron and Hayley Orrantia— will return without Jeff Garlin, who left the series back inDecember Garlin left the series after several grievances about his habits on set led to an HR examination.
Garlin dealt with the misbehavior accusations in an interview with Vanity Fair in December, discussing that his jokes were “misconstrued” which “nothing physical” occurred.
TVLine reports that Garlin’s exit will be dealt with early on in season 10, when his character Murray Goldberg is drawn up of the program.
Renewal hopes very first started back in March when E! News validated that McLendon-Covey– who stars as overprotective and adorable mom Beverly Goldberg– had actually closed a brand-new offer to go back to the ABC funny.
