Tiger Woods is teeing up his roadway to healing.
The champ golf player withdrew from the Genesis Invitational in Pacific Palisades,Calif onFeb 16. Woods– who was hosting the occasion at the Riviera Country Club– left on a golf cart throughout the 2nd round of the competition.
PGA authorities Mark Dusbabek later on shared on the Golf Channel that early reports associated his departure to a health problem, per NBCNews
Woods, 48, began experiencing “flu-like symptoms” and dehydration after theFeb 15 round of the competition, according to a declaration from his supervisor Rob McNamara shared by Barstool Sports’ Dan Rapaport
“He had a bit of a fever and that was better during the warm-up, but then when he got out there and was walking and playing, he started feeling dizzy,” McNamara stated in the declaration. “He’s being treated with an IV bag and he’s doing much, much better and he’ll be released on his own here soon.”
The manger restated the disorder was not a physical injury, keeping in mind, “His back’s fine.”
