An intense twister which damaged parts of Florida this weekend collected such force that it turned automobiles over and tore the roofings off homes.
Footage shot by a motorist captured near the storm’s epicentre on a highway in Palm Beach reveals an automobile being raised into the air by 100 miles per hour winds.
The tornado then spins it over more than 180 degrees prior to it crashes down while particles flies in all instructions.
Another cars and truck was reversed soon later on, with both motorists unbelievely getting away without any more than small injuries, according to regional firemens.
Images of the after-effects in a parking lot in other places in the seaside town reveal an automobile turned onto its side with another tossed on top of it.
Meanwhile, trees were detached at the trunk and tossed onto structures, damaging windows and roofings.
One male’s cottage was so ravaged that just an area of its front wall was left undamaged.
Despite the damage, no deaths and just one injury were reported by the time the storm went away late on Saturday.
Residents explained feeling an ‘intense pressure change’ as the storm moved through the town.
Fire chiefs stated a male was hospitalised after ending up being wedged in between a concrete stacking and a boat.
More than 7,000 houses lost power and a variety of highways were obstructed.
Local authorities overcame the night into Sunday to bring back power and make roadways and impacted areas safe.
