Donald Trump assistant Walt Nauta has actually been not able to discover a regional Florida legal representative to represent him in the criminal case versus him and the previous president over the retention of classified federal government files.

Nauta’s arraignment Tuesday in Miami federal court was held off till July 6 to offer him more time to work with a regional lawyer to represent him, as needed by court guidelines for such a case.

Nauta did not appear in court for Tuesday’s truncated hearing due to the fact that his flight from New Jersey was canceled, his out-of-state legal representative Stan Woodward informed Magistrate Judge Edwin Torres, according to a court filing.

Woodward, whose legal practice is based in Washington, D.C., decreased to comment when asked by CNBC why his customer has not yet worked with a Florida lawyer.

Nauta’s failure to work with a Florida legal representative echoes Trump’s own preliminary problem discovering lawyers to represent him in the event after both guys were arraigned previously this month on charges associated with maintaining categorized files at Trump’s home in Palm Beach and apparently concealing them from federal authorities.
