The leading court in New York State on Tuesday turned down an appeal by previous President Donald Trump of a gag order troubled him in his civil company scams trial.
The New York Court of Appeals dismissed Trump’s obstacle to the order “upon the ground that no substantial constitutional question is directly involved.”
