Stacy warms up the argument even more, shrieking, “Well, maybe I don’t want to be.”
“Yes you do,” Danny states, to which Stacy quips, “I was born into God’s kingdom.”
Danny then snips that “God wants you out right now,” leading Stacy to react in the most stereotyped teen style: “I hate you.”
As the scene moves far from Adam’s imaginary household battle, his 17- year-old child Sadie Sandler, who plays Stacy’s sis Ronnie Friedman, pops into frame.
“Wow, I never said that to him,” Ronnie states to her buddy, “and I was nuts.”
On top of all of it, the scene ends up being a full-fledged household affair when Idina Menzel— who plays Adam’s onscreen spouse Bree Friedman– unlocks to welcome next-door neighbor Gabi, depicted by Adam’s IRL spouse Jackie Sandler
