Fifteen U.S. states on Tuesday took legal action against the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) after it concurred last month under then-President Donald Trump to an automobile market demand to postpone the start of significantly greater charges for business that stop working to fulfill fuel effectiveness requirements.
