The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Florida restored its examination into the case in2020 Cpl. Moises Garcia informed The Tampa Bay Times that the Department of Homeland Security just recently helped the Sheriff’s Office through its Panama workplace by “running down leads in Costa Rica.”
