John Legend is pertaining to the defense of better half Chrissy Teigen.
In an earlier report, among Chrissy’s staff member stated that the screenshots Michael Costello just recently shared—which implicate the design of cyberbullying in 2014—were inauthentic. In action, the “All of Me” vocalist is speaking up in assistance of his better half.
“Chrissy apologized for her public tweets, but after her apology, Mr. Costello fabricated a DM exchange between them,” he tweeted. “This exchange was made up, completely fake, never happened.”
“Honestly, I don’t know why anyone would fake DMs to insert themselves in this narrative but that’s what happened,” he continued. “I encourage everyone who breathlessly spread this lie to keep the same energy when they correct the record.”
Shortly after John spoke up, Chrissy launched a brand-new declaration composed on her behalf, which she captioned, “No idea what the f–k michael costello is doing.”
“Michael, you are now causing actual pain to people who are trying to better themselves. Enough. Or this WILL go further. Not here, but an actual court of law. And every dime we win will go to an anti bullying charity focused on turning this s–t show into a positive,” Chrissy continued, including that she has “some places I’ve been attending if you’d like the connects.”
