This news comes by a month after it was exposed that William Petersen, who co-starred opposite Fox on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and the follow up series, would not be returning for season 2. Petersen just accepted restore his Gil Grissom character for one season of CSI: Vegas, however stays an executive manufacturer.
