Shannen Doherty is sharing a few of the hardest parts of her fight with cancer.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum was very first detected with breast cancer back in 2015, though the illness has considering that infected her brain and, most just recently, her bones.
As part of her treatment, Doherty went through radiation and surgical treatment previously this year to get rid of a brain growth, which she called “one of the scariest things I’ve ever been through in my entire life” throughout an interview with People releasedNov 29.
Following the treatment, the 52- year-old was placed on numerous steroids to “take down any brain swelling,” however she experienced some hard negative effects.
“I have a horrible reaction with steroids,” the Charmed star shared, “so I tried to cut it down, and then the brain would swell a little bit more, and the hand would stop working completely.”
For about 3 months, she was unable to hold a glass or a fork in her right-hand man.
